This paper firstly introduces thebackground, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, the innovation;secondly introduces the project construction background introduction, the project constructionmarket positioning, the project construction plan and investment budget; again constructs acommercial real estate project benefit evaluation index system from three aspects such associal benefit, financial benefit, environmental benefit, and use AHP to determine the weightof each index, then uses the fuzzy evaluation method to construct a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model of commercial real estate project; then make a social benefit, economicbenefit and environmental benefit analysis and fuzzy evaluation; at last puts forward thesafeguard measures of Binzhou commercial estate project benefit evaluation from theestablishment of a sound commercial real estate project benefit evaluation mechanism andstrengthen the commercial real estate project benefit evaluation of foundation constructionetc. |
