Peoplemore and more pursuit of fashion and taste, bring forth the new through the old love, love ofindividuality. Therefore, personalized products and services has come of age. The mode ofclothing production more and more use of new and high technology and market network,improve the industrial technology content and core competitiveness. The development ofclothing industry, it is with economy development synchronization.In recent years, the domestic garment industry development situation as well as theinternational clothing market competition is intense with each passing day, make SAcompany faces new challenge. SA company to achieve" industrial scale, internationalization,modernization of management, team occupation" of the future development target, to adjustits marketing strategy, improve the market competitiveness of the imminent task.This paper first at present to SA company ’s overall business conditions, products areintroduced in the paper, the SA company’s product strategy, price strategy, the promotionstrategy, channel strategy is discussed respectively. Then combined with SA company’scurrent marketing situation and development trend of garment industry, SA companymarketing strategy facing the environment of Ministry of inside and outside to undertakeSWOT is analysed, so that companies in the market marketing strategy existing problems andshortcomings. On this basis, combined with SA’s current and located development phase,financial status, operating conditions and the company’s target market positioning, to SAcompany’s product strategy, price strategy, the promotion strategy, channel strategy areadjusted.Finally from the marketing network system, to strengthen the supplier and supply chainmanagement, implementation of the talent strategy, strengthen the company staffresponsibilities, strengthen the company’s risk management, strengthen the managementsystem management and so on several aspects put forward the guarantee measures.
