The Study On Supply Chain Collaboration Management Based On Sharing Logistics Information

The supply chain has occupied an increasingly important position in the enterprisescompetitive process, a high level of supply chain operations and management is the key tosuccessful business operations. To achieve a highly integrated supply chain system,allpartners have to make efforts. This topic is based on the overall profit of the supply chainlevel, with the theory as Synergetics,Game theory and transaction cost theory, by contrast tothe effect, confirming the necessity of collaborative management in the supply chain systemthat for inter-enterprise information sharing must be given high priority.Subject to manufacturing enterprises, the study includes three aspects: First,collaborative relationship in the enterprise supply chain systems; Second, based on supplychain information sharing, in-depth analysis of the supply chain system collaboration betweenthe earnings of the enterprise; Third, the incentive problems in the supply chain collaborationprocess are discussed.This subject firstly introduced the status of supply chain collaboration management,using game theory to analyze the inter-enterprise supply chain nodes for information sharingparticipation; second, the three main roles of collaborative management of nodes for supplychain are core manufacturers, suppliers and sellers, through the supply chain costs andbenefits, the use of the decay rate of the inventory function to build up inventory andvalue-added model, the value of the supply chain information sharing, and related factors, andgiven the appropriate measures; finally, this paper discusses the enterprise supply chaininformation between resources with each other share incentive model, the core enterprise inthe research and supply chain (manufacturers) and its member companies (suppliers,distributors) collaborative efforts to share information the optimal coordination of incentiveproblems.The paper puts forward technical support and system security to achieve supply chainbased on sharing information, the use of information technology and collaborativemanagement of the Union’s agreement to achieve the sharing of information management toexplore and propose future research prospects.The main innovation in three aspects: first, highlight the information-sharing trust forsupply chain collaboration focus of the study; second, the overall cost of the supply chain, theempirical information sharing; third, based on supply chain information sharing, incentivecompensation for the sharing of information.This study expects to guide the node enterprise in supply chain to become an activeparticipant in the supply chain collaboration, accurately and effectively promote the sharing of logistics information, to achieve maximum operatingefficiency.
