Human resources is vital to the success of an enterprise.The value of the human resources lies in it’s boundless creativity and intelligence.Therefore,developing suitable incentive strategies to improve whole diathesis of personnel and inspire potential and activity of every kind of stuff becomes particularly important.This article synthetically applies many incentive theories of human resource management such as demand arrangment theory of Maslow.double factors of Herzberg,expectancy theory of Vroom,equity theory of Adams and so on to analysis the inside and outside environment of X Wine Industry CO.Ltd.This paper analyzes present situation and existing problem of the human resource management in X Wine Industry CO.Ltd.It provides pertinent target,thought,methods and material measures according HR encouragement from five aspects such as providing attractive personal career path plan;establishing effective training;realizing equity of salary system with more point of view;refining performance evaluation;building perfect empowerment system.
