In 21centery, people pay more attention to strategic human resource management day by day. However, traditional human resource management does not satisfy us about the aspect of matching enterprise strategies. In order to promote strategic human resource management and build the relationship between strategies and human resource management at the same time solve human resource managers′puzzle that there is blind and no reference in actual activities and operations, a based framework about integrated human resource management matching evaluation pattern focus on strategies is built in this paper. After that, some groups of human resource management completed conclusions that match those main different strategic types including all functions in human resource management are given. This research not only fills in the blank of the earlier theory in this field, but also provides a reference framework of evaluating the actual activities in enterprises.Firstly, the research literature in this field is reviewed. Then a based framework about integrated human resource management matching evaluation pattern focus on strategies is built and some related and completed conclusions are given on base of the pattern. At last, a summary is provided including the main conclusions and the problems those will be solved or improved in the next step. A consultative framework in matching pattern research field can be provided in this paper.
