Influence Factors Analysis On Performance Of The Telecommunications Network Construction Project:a Case Study Of Shanxi Mobile Corporation

Research purposesThe main purpose of this study is to find out the degree of influence on interior and exterior factors and project management tools for project management performance. I want to learn about the key factors in our daily engineering practice in Shanxi mobile communication company corporation. To managers of all levels, I try to learn and explore the main influence factor of their daily project management practice.The main purpose of my research is to provide reference on future engineering practice,and also to level up project management in Shanxi mobile communication company corporation.Research methodsThis study refers to the domestic and foreign scholar’s research, divides the project management factors into interior factors and exterior factors, combined with the actual condition of Shanxi mobile communication company corporation, the project management tools are also analyzed. In this study, I use quantitative analysis method combining with the mean statistics, while research data is collected through expert interviews and questionnaires.Research findingsThe study found that under the control of the perfect project internal factors and good external factors, combined with the appropriate project management tools,the project performance can be effectively improved. Therefore understanding the influence of these internal and external factors for the project, also the project management tools to project, will help enterprises understand the project management experience and inadequacy, make a good project management strategy, to achieve the enterprise’s operation objectives.Practical implicationsCompared with traditional research on project performance, this study is the first time to put the three influential factors in the operators use, found that under the sound internal factors of the project and good outside factors, combined with appropriate project management control tools, project performance will be effectively enhanced. Proposed key factors affecting the performance of Shanxi Mobile project, and the way in which they affect the extent of the projects. With expert interviews and survey evidence, I draw relevant conclusions which will help the enterprises to understand the project management experience and lack of development of good project management strategy to effectively achieve the operational goals.Research limitedThis research uses case analysis to verify the project’s internal and external factors and management tools for project performance, but the relationship between each factor is not discussed, I suggest that further research do more accurate analysis on relations of the factors, also on the interaction among the factors affecting more meticulous observation, put forward better solutions.on project management. At the same time, this case study confined to mobile communication engineering field, to other areas of the project may have poor applicability.Originality valueThe research is the first on project management performance of Shanxi mobile company corporation for internal and external factors and management tools impact analysis.It provides valuable reference for me and my colleagues to improve our overall project management level to provide certain basis. At the same time, in coordination, in the system construction, to provide some reference.
