Subjective well-being and job satisfaction are not only the staffs subjective feeling and experience, they can also be able to influence staffs work performance. So, the way of taking subjective well-being and job satisfaction into consideration and meeting them is a important way of mobilizing enthusiasm and creativity and eventually improving performance. Managers are the critical layer of the enterprise operation process, their subjective well-being and job satisfaction can directly affect the enterprise’s operation. And there are few empirical research of the influence of manager’s subjective well-being and job satisfaction on the impact of work performance. Therefore, this article through the research of the relationship between manager’s subjective well-being, job satisfaction and performance in order to provide several suggestions of the enterprise’s management.This study first summarize the theoretical of subjective well-being, job satisfaction, working performance and the the relationship between them, then take part of the managers in Yunnan as subject of research, we collected244effective questionnaires. After thorough analysis and discussion by using the statistical software SPSS16.0, we have concluded several useful conclusions.1. Different managers with different personal attributes can make different effects in subjective well-being, job satisfaction and performance.2. The subjective well-being of managers has shown a significant positive correlation with their job satisfaction, and the positive emotional that is one of the subjective well-being’s dimensions have shown a significant positive correlation with their job satisfaction, the negative emotional that is also one of the subjective well-being dimensions have shown a significant negative correlation with their job satisfaction.3. The subjective well-being of managers has shown a significant positive correlation with their work performance, and also shown a significant positive correlation with task performance and surrounding performance which are the two dimensions of work performance. And the positive emotional has shown a positive correlation with the two dimensions, the negative emotional has shown a negative correlation with the two dimensions.4. The job satisfaction of managers has shown a significant positive correlation with their work performance, and has shown a positive correlation with the two dimensions of work performance.5. In the regression analysis, we get two regression equation models, and the dependent variables of the models are the two dimensions of work performance.At the end, according to the results of this researchment, and as to bring incentive effect to the managers to improve their subjective well-being and job satisfaction degrees, so as to elevate the work performance, we give several suggestions for the practical operation management of the enterprise.
