Job performance is an important indicator for business success.Knowledge staff is the most important human resources for enterprises,its performance is the foundation of overalls,and it’s very important to enterprise development.In recent years, subjective well-being has been the attention of scholars and enterprises as one of the important variables influencing employee attitudes and behaviors. Generally speaking, happy employees generally have positive emotions, and it will make employees become more innovative and flexible. And the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance has always been an important research topic in organizational behavior. Existing research shows that job satisfaction and subjective well-being have certain influence on job performance. From previous research, we find the study on the relationship among job satisfaction, subjective well-being and job performance is still rare, with knowledge staff as object. Through sorting out the relationship among the three variables, it’s helpful for managers to find out the reasons affecting employee performance, and it has certain help to improve overall performance of the enterprise.This article takes part of the knowledge staff in Xi’an as object of research, on the basis of summarizing the theoretical of job satisfaction, subjective well-being, job performance and the relationship between them, it explore whether subjective well-being plays an mediating role between job satisfaction and job performance. Based on the existing related literature, this article dredges the three relations, builds a conceptual model and puts forward the assumptions. Then it adopts more mature questionnaires, makes use of SPSS17.0 to empirical test the hypothesis of the relationships between job satisfaction and job performance, job satisfaction and subjective well-being, subjective well-being and job performance,and verify whether subject well-being plays a mediation role on the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. The final conclusions are as follow:First, job satisfaction has a significant positive correlation effect on job performance of knowledge staff. Second, job satisfaction has a significant positive correlation effect on subjective well-being, life satisfaction and positive emotions of knowledge staff, but job satisfaction does not have a significant negative correlation effect on negative emotion.Third, subjective well-being, life satisfaction and positive emotional of knowledge staff have significant positive correlation impact on the job performance, and negative emotional has a significant negative correlation impact on job performance.Fourth, knowledge staff subjective well-being, life satisfaction and positive emotions play partial mediation role on the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance, but the intermediary role of negative affection does not significant.
