With the improvement of people’s income level, people’s consumption ideas are quickly changing. Cultural industry has become the new progressive development of China, and it has a very big potential and amplitude of the market application. Now, the private culture companies have been an important part of culture industry, it can enrich people’s lives, link up economy information and enliven culture markets. Because of the lack of a stable policy support and adequate financial support, the private culture companies must pay attention to seeking out multitudinous talented people and developing them.My paper uses the introducing structure of human resources as the starting point, according to my work experience, and the interviews to some employees of15private culture companies, I want to make out the introducing ways of human in the companies, the reasons, the effect, and how to cope with them. This thesis is divided into three chapters:the first part introduces the situation of the private culture companies and their introducing structure of human; the second part analyses main reasons of methods in introducing, and I take a new view of "the relationship’s clique of culture", at the same time, this paper analyses the functions and influences of the relationship’s clique, and it’s the biggest creative point; the third part presents the corresponding solutions, and injects new idea about "the common vision", I want to analyze the functions of the common vision between companies and human talents.Talent resource is the primary resource of cultural industry, and the private culture companies are the forward positions to develop talents. Because the private culture companies are widely distributed in our country, and their structures are flexible, they are more receptive to talents from across the country. Thus, the companies must according to the concrete requirement and the characteristics of talents to establish the feasible methods of the talent introduction, and the methods must be improved in the practice.
