Salary system reform is the most important project to banks. Salary mechanism design and analysis require constructing a whole bank covered HR salary system, which would improve the level of bank’s management.According to the characteristics of human resources system and in basis of the original system, a new human resource salary systems will be constructing, it bases on its features and former research. Specific as follows:1. Human resource salary system is a centralized management system based on B/S.Based on the requirement analysis of each system module,accounting and payment of wages, labor cost management and selectable welfare, we want to achieve a unified human salary system.
