The Informationization Project Management Based The Life Circle Of The Project

Enterprise is a strong backup force of the national economy .The advanced degree of the enterprises is the standard of judging the strength of the national economy. At present, the nation is actively proposing driving its industry by information orientation and is promoting the information orientation by industry. Enterprise is the main source of the nation financial revenue and the main increase in economic development. Whether it could use information technology to reform promote the traditional industry or not is the key point of improving the economic benefit of the enterprise the core competition.By now enterprise informationization is the strategy of powering country that are pursuing a more cost-effective manner all over the world at present .Especially in china ,the strong state basic policy of the informationization is to advance enterprise's informationization paces. The foundation of our country's industry's information orientation is still weak. there exists some weakness in the implementation of industry's information orientation. The implementation process is lack of instruction. Most of informationization case can't get the effect in our country. In the up-mentioned cases, on the basis of researching the development current situation of related subjects both a home and abroad, the paper analyzes deeply in concept, connotation, feature of enterprises'information orientation, and the development current situation in industry's information orientation in domestic and abroad.This paper firstly raise the informationization project management which is based the principle of project life cycle method . The life circle of informationization project is divided into four stages : starting , plan , control , end . In every stage , different mathematical model is used (BP neural networks , vague AHP , EARNED value , AHP) .The whole life circle of informationization project is evaluated by mathematical model .And questionnaire survey is gave to the enterprise in this paper .This paper's principle is very important for the enterprise's informationization project .
