Research On Schedule Plan And Control Of Ethylene Production Plant Maintenance Project Of S Corporation

This paper tries to apply project schedule management theory to the specific project. The paper analyzes and researches on the schedule of ethylene plant maintenance project of S corporation comprehensively with theories and methods about activity analysis, schedule plan, schedule optimization and schedule control, makes the project complete successfully in the planned duration, realizes the project goal of optimal duration and maximal economic benefits.The paper firstly describes the practical significance of researching on the schedule plan and control of the project, secondly introduces and reviews relevant theories about project schedule and control, thirdly gives a specific analysis of the ethylene production plant maintenance project, including project objectives, project organizational structure, project work breakdown structure, project activity definition, project activity sequencing, project activity duration estimation, project resource requirements estimation, and so on. Then the paper formulates the project milestone plan by the results of the analysis of project activity, achieves Gantt chart plan and network diagram plan with Microsoft Project, and analyzes the critical path at the same time.
