A Study On The Performance Appraisal Index Of Futures Company

With rapid-growth of the economy and the change of the invest concept, China’s futuresmarket has gradually matured into a stage of stable development after30years of development,and showing its function and importance in national economic development. Futures companies,the major elements, are the financial institutions of an agency futures brokerage, which affect thereform and development of the future industry. Setting up a series of performance evaluationindex system must be settled.After analyzing the problem of the existing performance evaluation index system, this paperputs forwards new index system by using BSC for the recent futures companies on the base ofcapital preservation and strategic management theory. Considering the operating characters ofthe futures companies, the paper raises some principles and then selects evaluation index in thefour perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, learning and growth. Theweight of evaluation index is given by AHP. Finally the paper gives example analysis on the newperformance evaluation index system.
