Aiming at national economic security evaluation of lead and zinc mine, it gives a comprehensive study on national economic security evaluation of lead and zinc mine qualitatively and quantitatively on the basis of detailed overview of domestic and foreign research on national economic security and risk assessment. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First, this paper summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on national economic security evaluation and risk assessment as well in detail.Secondly, it probes the supply and demand of lead and zinc resource in the market, and establishes a model based on BP artificial neural network to predict the consumption of refined lead and zinc from 2019 to 2031. The result shows that although we have abundant lead and zinc resources, the demand for lead and zinc will increase gradually in the coming years and sustainable development of lead and zinc resources is definitely necessary.Thirdly, this paper evaluates the national economic security of lead and zinc rensouces by the method of the variable weight principle and builds a index system which contains 6 level indicators and 15 secondary indicators. By variable weight assessment, it sets up a national economic security assessing model based on variable theory.Fourthly, based on the assessment of China lead and zinc resources national economic security from 2004 to 2019, it gives a comprehensive analysis on the economic security of furture lead and zinc resources.The conclusion shows that scenario analysis and the use of the assessing model, which has a sound theoretical basis and worth generalization, can provide rational theory basis and decision-making reference for the national economic security research of Chinese lead and zinc resources.
