With the development of networked multimedia, any business of the crisis will beexposed in a public environment, which enable enterprises to face the pressure of publicopinion. Business managers come to realize that if the enterprise want to survive anddevelopment continued, Crisis management must be scientific, so that the enterprise can savethe day and turn the Tide. Meanwhile, Corporate crisis management has become a hot area ofresearch of many scholars. The essence of corporate crisis management is how to identifybefore the advent of the crisis, manage the crisis and turn the crisis into opportunities forenterprise development. when a crisis occurs, Some companies focus on a good relationshipwith the media and customer, a positive attitude to solve the problem in order to ensure thecompany’s reputation, but there are many shortcomings in the public relations crisismanagement of domestic private enterprises, such as lack of vigilant awareness.This paper attempts to make use of an actual case, seek the intrinsic link between thepublic relations crisis management and business growth, and found the role and value ofpublic relations crisis management for business growth. Based on Corporate crisis theory,crisis theory and crisis life cycle theory, the idea of the full text about research will focus onfour parts including the current situation of crisis public relations, crisis PR and geneticanalysis, crisis handling processes and policy enforcement and crisis public relations effect.As for the crisis public relations case studies of A Company, we mainly reference to thecurrent situation of crisis public relations at home and abroad, and combine it with relatedexperience on the handling of the crisis public relations. Firstly we use literature research andcase study research methods to explore the causes of A company’s crisis public relations,processing flow and coping strategies. Secondly we will focus this article on the crisis publicrelations formation mechanism of the three stakeholders of consumers, government and media,On this basis, we targeted focus on the prevention of the deep and wide range crisis publicrelations impact of A Company, and propose response to the crisis public relations processesand policies to guide enterprises in crisis management. Then in order to verify theeffectiveness of the processing strategy, we implement crisis public relations strategy into ACompany. Finally to provide practical significance for the same industry, we summed up theconclusions of the crisis public relations processes and coping strategies, moreover, it ismeaningful for academia to promote the crisis public relations theory to a deeper level.
