The traditional media era,corporate crisis,public relations strategy is mainly to convene a press conference to solve the way,or in television,newspapers and other traditional media published a public statement.However,today's era has entered the era of the spread of new media,corporate crisis,public relations can not be quietly stereotypes,ignoring the spread of new media and other microblogging effect,rest on its laurels.Microblogging unique communication mechanism for the corporate public relations has brought new problems and thinking,microblogging as a member of the mass media,unique features and dissemination of the way to become a corporate crisis,one of the important strategies of public relations,but also become One of the most difficult to control the crisis.Put aside a few years ago microblogging public relations case,only to see the 2016 corporate crisis occurred enough to analyze the crisis of the microblogging business crisis.Through the comparative analysis of the success stories and failure cases,hoping to bring some new ideas and ideas for the public relations strategy of the enterprise.In this context,this paper will enrich and improve the corporate crisis public relations strategy by studying the specific role of microblogging in specific cases,including different participants,different time periods and other specific aspects of the analysis.On the basis of discussing the normal operation strategy of microblogging,we put forward the targeted microblogging public relations strategy and make combing suggestions for the research of microblogging public relations field.
