As an important method, Performance management strengthen the management. Thoughts and methods of performance management is adopted by many world-wide enterprises, and becomes an important method to make full use of resources and cultivate core competitiveness in Human resource management, which has important supporting function for enterprise to realize sustainable development. However, in practice, there are different problems to impede and weaken the effect of performance management. Meanwhile, enterprise performance management has its own characteristics and different characteristics in different stages. Through further study of Railway performance management, this paper provides some references on how to execute effective performance management and set up an adaptive performance management system in enterprise.In this paper, the creation is that changed the tradional recoganize on performance management, pay more attention on culture management, and make train-workers to slove the problem in the development of the railway-company.
