| Based on many years of practice and demonstration, by integrating enterprise management theory with Chinese power enterprises practice, this thesis proposes a performance management model for front-line substation staff in Power Enterprise. In the thesis, firstly the management model is proposed and then the integrated system to implement the model, mainly on performance perspective, appraisal method etc is designed. The model is designed primarily based on the position job duty and tries to quantify the performance of front-line staff. |
