Research Of Peasant Farmers Evaluation Index System

Foreign traditional farmers become to residents often accompanied by industrialization and urbanization, China’s special historical conditions determine the foreign experience do not apply to our country. As the farmer intensive areas,the western region lack of successful experience as the the eastern province in this process. Western region as the research object, how to promote the process to a deeper level have an undoubtedly very important practical significance.First,we sort out the domestic and foreign research,devided revenue,social security, public services, the structure of household consumption and quality of the population to build the evaluation index system on the basis of previous research. Use the standard ratio method to analysis the evaluation index system.After that,use the historical data of the11western provinces (except Tibet) to test the evaluation index system. Comparative the course of the western region and western regions on what lever of the country’s situation.Based on the above analysis,we finally proposed the recommendations that how to promote the process.The results show that there is still a big gap between the western11provinces and national level.It has a big gap about the income indicators and quality of the population indicators and social security indicators, public service indicators and household consumption structure indicators have a convergence over time. According to the empirical analysis,from the farmers’ income; to speed up the construction of the social security system; improve the public service and enhance the quality of farmers to promote the recommendations of the process.
