| During the advance process of industrialization,urbanization and modernization,issue of migrant workers continue to come out.Migrant workers migrate from rural to urban,working and living in cities all year-round,making a significant contribution to urban development.But they can not get citizenship,also can not enjoy the same benefits with the public,which is a great unfair to migrant workers group,it is also not conducive to promoting the process of urbanization.This paper takes Shanxi Province as an example,analyzing the basic situation and characteristics of migrant workers in Shanxi Province,from the econometric point of view,using Eviews software to make OLS regression analysis.Comparing the contribution of migrant workers made to economic growth of Shanxi with the gain of the migrant workers,the results show that contribution of migrant workers to the economy of Shanxi is greater than the resulting rewards.Now a time,migrant workers has become main force of secondary and tertiary industries of the city,This paper analyzes feasibility of migrant workers from three aspects.This paper uses push-pull theory to analyze the positive factors and negative factors of migrant workers from both rural and urban point of view,and take a descriptive statistical analysis of survey conducted simple of migrant workers.The result shows that different gender,age,culture of migrant workers tends to varying degrees,and also shows the hope that the migrant workers have for Government.The result shows that the limit of household registration,discrimination of public services,quality lacking of migrant workers,differences of urban industrial structure and other factors are the main reason which affecting the will of migrant workers.Finally suggest further proposed policy according to these factors. |
