Research On Cultivation Of New Type Of Peasants In The Construction Of Socialism New Rural Areas

In China, the problem about agriculture, countryside and peasants become the essential problem which influence the whole situation of the nation and its people, and the key problem is about peasants in China. The fifth session of the sixteenth parliament of the CPC put forth the requirement of constructing new socialistic countryside - to develop the production, to improve living standard, to strengthen the village civilization, to keep the village clean and to manage the villages democratically.To speed up the social undertakings and accelerate the process of new countryside and the development of new kind of peasants is the definite demand in the central government's documentation in 2006. It also lay the emphases that we must accelerate the development in the field of cultural education and skill training for peasants to bring up more peasants who master the manufacturing technique and scientific culture. The new kind of peasant is the motion of development for new socialistic countryside . To train them to be the new kind of peasant is not only the fundamental requirement to coordinate the relationship between the city and countryside , but the way to increase the income of peasants. So it is imperative that we must pay much attention to the development of new kind peasant.In the paper, based on the new kind of peasant and the development of new countryside we analyse the peasant's quality , the actuality of the training procedure and the problem related rely on some science such as agricultural management , pedagogy and sociology. We also give some constructive proposals and solutions trough the Comparation the development of new kind of peasants with it overseas. The new kind of peasants is the one knowing about the skill of management with culture , take this into consideration , we propose that we must develop the education and strengthen train for peasants in countryside of China , and continuation education to learn the skill of management is also important .This text is divided into five parts . It introduce some fundamental information about the text in the first chapter , including the purpose and the meaning to write this text, the current situation of the filed related, the way and the Research procedure of the study. Then it illustrate some basic theory about bring up the new kind of peasants which involvs its connotation and the significance to do it. In the third chapter, we analyse the real situation about the some basic quality of agriculture in China. On the fundament of all the analyzing we work on a summary and find the problem in the filed of the peasants in chapter four. Finally, we take each experience abroad , and give some recommendation about the way and method in cultivating them to be new kind of peasants.
