The Research And Analysis On Management Of Landless Peasants In The Jiu Tai Region Urbanization Process

Since the China's reform and opening-up, the population construction has been changed, people who lived in the country moved to the city gradually, has accelerated the process of urbanization. By early 2012, the proportion of urban population has been more than half the total population for the first time, it's a sign for the rapid development of China urbanization process. Since 1949 to 2016, the number of China city has increased from 132 to 664, the level of urbanization has increased from 7.3% to 56.1%. However, the improvement of urbanization was the cost of peasants who lost their land. With the rapid development of urbanization, more and more land will be occupied, more and more peasants will become a new group-Landless peasants.Landless peasants is a special group, whose land is occupied in accordance with the law. Landless peasants are different from the peasants as well as the urbanization. It's an unavoidable phenomenon with the process of urbanization. The problem of landless peasant management become more prominent with the landless peasant number increased. Solved the problem of landless peasants properly is crucial to country development, social stability, the advance of theprocess of urbanization and the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base.Jiu Tai region is rich in land resources and the land is fertile soil for more. Jiu Tai region was a county on agriculture before 2014. Since Jiu Tai city became Jiu Tai region of Chang Chun city, the development of Jiu Tai has become more quickly. The production type has been changed from agricultural production to manufacture production and service industry. At the same time, a lot of landless peasants were generated. Just for this reason, the article is concerned on study of Jiu Tai region landless peasant living status by a variety of methods, include literature review method, interview survey method, comparative research method. The problem of landless peasant management was analysis from different way by the study. And the importance of our study is, to promote the economy development of Jiu Tai region, the protection of rights and re-employment for landless peasants was crucial. The problem about landless peasants was divided into two parts, self-quality and external factor. In the last part, the article put forward the operational advice about the landless peasant management. Hope our study could provide useful advice to China's process of urbanization.
