In the background of regional economic integration and South-South cooperation project started between China and FAO, China and Mongolia are actively pursuing bilateral agricultural cooperation. China, as Mongolia’s largest trading partner and investor, the breadth and depth in agricultural cooperation are not enough, the import and export trade of agricultural products are still important, have not formed the all-round cooperation. But the difference between the two countries on agricultural resources and agricultural trade structure complementary to each other has laid a solid foundation for the two countries’ in-depth development of agricultural cooperation. China may, On the basis of develop national competitive industries according to comparative advantage, through trying out the agricultural cooperation with Mongolia, on the one hand, China can make full use of Mongolia agricultural resources, on the other hand it is for China’s surplus labor and farm equipment transferred to Mongolia. Therefore, the study of Chinese-Mongolian agricultural cooperation have important significance to further understanding of China and Mongolia agriculture, agricultural cooperation of the two countries and current situation of cooperation, the problems and how to solve the problem and how the two countries carry out in-depth agricultural cooperationThis paper begin the study with the agricultural cooperation and analyze Chinese-Mongolian agricultural cooperation from the three aspects that Mongolian economic and trade relations have developed smoothly, Mongolian political friendly exchanges and the promotion of international organizations and regional cooperation organization. Secondly, compare the agricultural resources of China and Mongolia. On this basis, elaborate the present situation of Chinese-Mongolian agricultural cooperation by trade cooperation, technical cooperation and Chinese investment in Chinese-Mongolian agricultural cooperation and identify the problems in Chinese-Mongolian agricultural cooperation, use the gray prediction model for forecasting the size of Chinese-Mongolian agricultural trade, and finally put forward a proposal to promote the Sino-Mongolian agricultural cooperation.
