Research On The Potential And Strategy Of China-Mongolia-Russia Cooperation

In recent years,the cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia in the field of humanities,economic and trade,energy and others continue to deepen.China is the largest trading country of Mongolia and Russia.In 2015,the trade volume of China and Russia reached 68 billion dollars,and the trade volume of China and Mongolia reached 5 billion and 370 million dollars.In 2013,President Xi Jinping put forward the " One Belt One Road" strategy,positive response from Mongolia and Russia.In2014,Mongolia proposed the "Prairie Road" program,Russia continued implementation of the "transcontinental rail" initiatives."China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor " as " One Belt One Road" strategy,"Prairie Road" program and "Russia's transcontinental rail" three initiative strategy and implement the docking of the carrier,is to promote the implementation of Mongolia and Russia joint development,an important strategic platform for common prosperity and a win-win cooperation and development interests will provide.This is an important opportunity for cooperation in China,Mongolia and Russia.In 2016,the Middle East and Russia formally signed the "Construction of the economic corridor of China,Mongolia and Russia,the outline of the plan," clearly stated in the economic and trade,transportation,humanities and other fields to carry out cooperation in the three.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the potential and strategy of cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia.Based on this,this paper is based on the current situation of the development of Mongolia and Russia cooperation foundation,using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the three countries in the geopolitical cooperation,resources and environment,economic and trade cooperation,cooperation in the field of infrastructure cooperation and cultural exchanges and cooperation in 5 areas of development potential in research;at the same time,puts forward the main countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the three cooperation and development,in order to carry out in-depth cooperation in various fields to provide a reference for Mongolia and Russia.The full text reads as follows:The first part is the literature review and related theories,combing the research on the regional economic cooperation and bilateral economic and trade cooperation with Russia's correlative research,grasp the research situation and problems existing in current research work,relying on the geographical and political economy,regionaldivision of labor and international geopolitical cooperation and other related theories,for the analysis of theoretical basis.The second part is based on the analysis of Mongolia and Russia cooperation development and challenge,the qualitative analysis based on conditions of geopolitical,economic and trade cooperation,resource environment,infrastructure and cultural exchanges on the one hand,on the other hand also analyzes the existing problems and challenges.The third part is the analysis of the potential for the development of Mongolia and Russia cooperation,cooperation in Mongolia and Russia combined with statistical data in terms of policy,economic,cultural,transportation facilities,the potential of Mongolia and Russia to carry out relevant cooperation in the field of comparative analysis.The fourth part of the analysis of the development of Mongolia and Russia Cooperation Foundation and potential results,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on development;this study summarized and concluded,and discussed the possibility of the main innovation and deficiencies.
