| Human resource is the primary resource in the society, and a key factor of core competitiveness of an enterprise. Enterprise employee training is one of the most important human resource investments, and also the main means for human capital development. Exploration and Development Research Institute is the technological staff of Daqing Oilfield Company Ltd, undertaking the important task of employee training. At present, there are still many problems and risks in employee training in the institute. The research on the risk control of employee training in the institute can provide certain practical guidance to the employee training project risk control and training methods improvement in the institute, and also as a reference to other similar employee training risk management.The paper begins with an overview of domestic and foreign literatures followed by introduction of the research contents and methods of this paper. Based on the analysis of the problems in the employee training in the Exploration and Development Research Institute of Daqing Oilfield, the paper conducted risk identification in the employee training project, designed the risk control workflow including training needs analysis, training target setting, training plan making, training implementation, training rules and regulations establishment, training effect evaluation, conclusion and suggestion. Finally, the paper presented the risk control measures to avoid risks for employee training project in Exploration and Development Research Institute from aspects of traditional training concept conversion, integrated employee training system establishment, employee training investment structure optimization, overall improvement of technical competence of employee training, constraint of human resource outflow after training. |
