Study On Scientific Research Project Management Of H Oilfield Exploration Institute Based On Full Life Cycle

The implementation of the full life cycle scientific research project management has a great of significance to achieve quality,cost-effective and sustainable development of H Oilfield Exploration Institute.It also can further improve management process,enhance the management level,enrich research project lifecycle management experience of H Oilfield Exploration Institute and provide a full life cycle research management reference for other companies,especially oil companies.In this paper,by overviewing the feature,stage-classification,management principles and other basic theories of full life cycle process management,related research theories and practices at home and abroad are introduced,the current science and technology research management status of H Oilfield Exploration Institute are analyzed and three ascept problems are summarized:irrational organizational structure leads project coordination working unsmoothly,uneven allocation of resources result in projects being carried out of sync,the regulatory process management system project does not in place.In view of the above questions,design objective and principles of H Oilfield Exploration Institute were proposed,the internal and external factors in the design programs were analyzed,detailed design were finished from the definition of the organizational structure and responsibilities,balanced allocation of resources,full life cycle process management.Finally,the relevant safeguards of full life cycle scientific research project management of H Oilfield Exploration Institute were implemented.
