Nowadays, leadership selection mechanism is the important embodiment of organization reasonable configuration of human capital. As a reasonable and effective selection mode, competitive selection is in the development and improvement in the enterprise, government and grass-roots, plays an important role in the process of leadership production. Work as an important selection system, it has huge influnce on the establish of vitality and vigor leadership group who can adapt to the new situation and the requirements of the task. Competitive selection combines recommend system, election system and examination, introduces competition mechanism to the selection, makes the selection more open, competitive,and effective. Recommend and election are the important parts of selection, voting behavior in which affects the final effectiveness. The existing voting behavior researches are most on voting willingness, rarely on the process of voter’s specific voting attitudes to voting behavior. This paper studied the factors that influent voting behavior in competitive. It has certain theoretical significance in mading up for the deficiency of the current researches.With the research of the attitude behavior relationship and the voting behavior literature, based on Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), combined with the particularity of the voting behavior, added candidate traits, voters personality traits and self-monitoring variables to the model, put forward the influence factors model of competitive selection voting behavior. Through an empirical research, model and assumptions are verified, the conclusions are:(1) The TRA theory is good for forecasting voting behavior;(2) Candidates traits influent voters’attitudes to vote, the influence of interpersonal is most obvious;(3) Personality characteristics influent the voters’voting attitude and subjective norms, but influence of neurotic personality to the voters’voting attitude and subjective norms is not significant;(4)Voters’self-monitoring has negative and positive moderate effects on voting attitude to voting intention and subjective norms to voting intention.According to the result of research, put forward the suggestions to the problems related to the competitive selection, improve tissue of the leadership selection.
