With the rapid development and improvement of China’s market economy, enterprises increasingly becoming flatter organizational structure, including flexible and efficient organizational structure of the team especially welcomed by the business. As companies in this kind of work in the form of a team widely used, how to improve team performance and become a modern enterprise manager and academic researchers must face. Factors affecting team performance are many, such as personality type, work behavior, personal skills, team task characteristics, type of team, in which the most influential individual personality traits. Therefore, in support of the existing literature and theory, it will combine the individual employee and corporate team article on two levels studied, i.e., from individual-level employees to staff the individual personality traits as independent variables, work behavior of individual employees as Mediator Discussion of the corporate team in team performance level dependent variables affects this mechanism through empirical analysis.In this study, the enterprise team for the study of personality traits, work behavior, the theory of team performance aspects of the system in order, collect the results of previous empirical research, theoretical models and assumptions made in this study, the use of current academia recognized scale, prepared and widely use in the corporate practice of modifying a formal questionnaire in this study, and the issuance of two ways 186 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaires Star website to MBA students, on the one hand the use of exploratory factor SPSS19.0 software analysis, correlation and regression analysis, on the other hand use AMOS 17.0 software confirmatory factor analysis, concluded that:(1) personality traits have a direct positive impact on the promotion of team performance, with conscientiousness, extraversion or pleasant specialities employees on task performance and enhance the relationship between performance has significant positive direct impact; employees with neurotic traits had no significant effect on the upgrade task performance, but it has a significant negative direct effect on upgrading relations performance; with openness trait employees on task performance and enhance the relationship between performance are not significantly affected; (2) personality traits have a direct positive impact on improving work practices, with conscientiousness, extroversion or agreeableness trait employees work behavioral improvements has significant positive direct impact; employees with openness, neuroticism traits had no significant impact on improving work practices; (3) work behavior of team performance (task performance, contextual performance) has a positive direct impact on the promotion; (4) work on the relationship between personality traits and behavior of team performance partially mediated. Finally, based on the conclusions of this study are discussed proposed increases from team leader, constituting the personality within the team members, staff conduct three corporate team performance recommendations.
