| Leading member exchange is to describe the relationship between leaders and followers, which is of great importance to employees’satisfaction and organizational performance. However, the domestic research on leadership member exchange is seldom currently. It is necessary to arouse awareness on the the important role leader play on the LMX.Based on the above analysis, the paper mainly take from the perspective of a leader to research on leader’s negative personality traits and transformational leadership as an important antecedent variables, as well as to explore the mechanism of its effects on the relationship between leader-member exchange.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research eventually draw the following two conclusions:First, the impact of different dimensions of negative personality traits leading member exchange generated. On the pathway, we studied the role of intermediaries and perceived emotional factors play a factor in the impact of the mechanism, and the size of the organization and emotional skills included in the study as the moderator, constructed on the basis of negative personality traits influence leadership-member exchange the mechanism of the model; Second, the relationship between empirical research in transformational leadership and LMX, we found caring personality dimensions of LMX relationship with most closely, has a significant positive effect. The impact of the process, the leader of the organization to play the role of a model of part of intermediation. The intellectual stimulation, motivation, encouragement and personal charm and LMX dimensions such acts were not significantly correlated.Through these studies, it aims at enriching the theoretical and empirical research related to domestic, as well as better guide the leaders to play an important leadership role in the development of high-quality LMX relations, while also providing a valuable reference for the practice of business management. |
