China is coming to a brand new environment of the international trade in pace with she joins into the WTO. There are much more new opportunities and challenges for China’s foreign-trade enterprises, especially some small and medium ones. With the development of the economic globalization and technological revolution, the market competition is becoming more and more drastic, and the most important thing behind this is the competition on talents. A large number of Multinational Corporations lay their attention on talents, so the first thing they land on China is to find talents. At the same time, China’s high technology companies are also eager for talents because they develop so quickly. These two reasons cause the contention on talents. However, the losing of talents becomes a black hole which is devouring the enterprises’ profits continually.This paper makes the losing staff in ZMI be the object and from mainly from the aspect of economics, researching the enterprises’ loss by staff losing. Because of the complexity of the actual economic environment and limited knowledge of writer, this paper simplifies it and just chooses opportunity cost, prospective earnings and age to analyse and get the way to solve it.Moreover, this paper’s spot is mainly on using the prospective earnings of the economic. It starts from the features of the losing staff, analyses the reasons and hopes to retain staffs by improving the management of the human resources.
