At the same time, China’s high technology companies are also eager for talents because they develop so quickly. These two reasons cause the contention on talents. However, the losing of talents becomes a black hole which is devouring the enterprises’ profits continually.This paper makes the losing staff in ZMI be the object and from mainly from the aspect of economics, researching the enterprises’ loss by staff losing.
