In the 21 st century,green and clean energy will be developed rapidly.Ever since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state attaches great importance to the development of nuclear power.The CPC central committee has issued important instructions on the development of nuclear power,which is regarded as a key construction project in the 13th five-year plan.Therefore,nuclear power has entered a stage of rapid and large-scale development.But the problem of brain drain in the inherent enterprises is more serious and prominent,so do the nuclear power enterprises.In order to achieve the medium and long-term goals of nuclear power,the primary work is to solve the brain drain of nuclear power enterprise.Therefore,it is the primary task to study the reasons for the brain drain of nuclear power enterprises and propose solutions.The S company,studied in this paper,engages in the nuclear power project,which is professional in nuclear power engineering construction drawing design and construction technology research.The enterprise is a state-owned enterprises.With the rapid development of nuclear power industry,the construction projects of the company is rising up and the demand for talents is in increasing,especially technical talents.While the demand for talents,especially technical talents,has been increasing,it has also caused a severe situation:the constant loss of talents,especially the loss of technical talents,has caused the company to suffer losses.The paper has five parts.The first chapter introduces the background of topic,the purpose of the research,the research content,the technical route and method of research.The second chapter is a literature review,expatiating on the research methods and current situation on the problem.The third chapter describes the current situation of human resources and brain drain of S company.The job satisfaction of employees in S company has investigated and with the data above this paper explores the characteristics about the brain drain of S company.The fifth chapter puts forward the solution to the reasons of the brain drain of S company.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research.This study has certain reference significance for the optimization of human resource management in the nuclear power enterprises.
