With the continuous development of China’s tourism industry, during tourism conventional six factors, the economic value of "food, housing, transportation, travel become more stably."Buying" and "entertainment" become the brunt active factors and the key to promote the rapid development of tourism economy. However the "buying" element, namely the tourist products, has been the weak link of tourism development in China. Although this area has unique cultural and rich natural resources and so on, which are the outstanding advantages to develop tourism commodities in the border areas, the development isn’t satisfactory for a variety of reasons.Rely on the special phenomenon that Chinese border areas and minority ethnic enclaves coincide, from the national culture, based on the cultural innovation theory, the tourist experience type theory and satisfaction degree theory of anthropology, the sustainable development theory, on the basis of the domestic and foreign traveling commodity related research achievements, it is analyzed that the necessity and feasibility to develop tourism commodities in Chinese, which need to investigate the tourist commodities market and resources to cultural point of view, design and integrate the commodity production research and other links. In addition, it is needed to innovate and develop with the national culture and regional culture, and inspect the success of the exploitation of tourism commodities through the satisfaction of tourists and the sustainable development theory. At last, as an example, Dongxing City is empirically researched, develop and design the tourism products of the culture series in Dongxing city of Guangxi, including the series products of the border town culture, the series products of ocean culture, the series products of the Jing nationality culture.It is aimed to provide a new research vision for tourism commodities and a new strong practicality thinking for tourism commodity development in the border area. It also can be used for reference in other parts of the same type which is summarized in the methods and experiences in this paper. It is purposed to promote each other of the tourism products development and tourism industry,and provide new ideas for the fast growth of the economy for the region.
