General R＆d Project Communication Management Research

With the rapid development of economics and the continuous improvement oftechnical complexity, the owner of R&D project management requirements continueto improve, and improving effectively project management has become an urgentrequirement for project manager. Effective communication can improve teammembers for knowledge sharing, get new inspiration, and all management activitiesare carried out by means of communication, so researching project managementcommunication can improve R&D project management level and project’s goalsaccomplishment.It is not very in-depth current R&D project communication managementresearch, there are many blanks, and this thesis performed exploratory study forproject communication management research. First, defined communication and R&D projects communication concepts more precisely, summarizing the characteristicsof R&D project communication management, summarized the research anddevelopment projects communication mode; then, summarizes communicationbarriers of the research and development projects. According to formation causes,communication can be divided into three categories: the organization, members andinformation barriers. organization barriers can be divided into organizationalenvironment and the lack of communication, lack of technical skills ofcommunication management, and the unknown development prospects according toformation causes; members barriers can be divided into differences of membershimself such as capacity and duty, characteristics of technical personnel, andcompetition between members according to the reasons for the formation;information barriers can be divided into the commercial confidentiality and pseudoinformation according to their reasons of the formation; Third, introduced theorganizational behavior theories based on the general project communicationmanagement plan, proposed the establishment of "R&D project communicationmanagement model". It includes: communication ability of R&D manager, R&D organization communication environment, communication planning, communicationmanagement and communication management maturity assessment, which includescommunication management and communication management institutions andsystems, conference control, communication control, communication managementupdate. In management mode of communication, clear communication and thedevelopment of management maturity level and assessment content. Finally, formimplementation guides of communication management research and developmentprojects, for the use of other R&D projects.This idea of communication in the actual R&D project management processhave been well applied and verified, It is believed that these results to other researchprojects has a guiding and reference value.
