Research On Communication Management Of Engineering General Contract Project Of DZ Company

In project management,communication plays an extremely important role,and communication management involves many aspects of project management.Under the influence of economic globalization,organizational flattening reforms and team management innovations,the development of organizations is facing more and more external challenges,and the communication technology and workplace environment of the internal members of the organization are also in a process of constant change.Communication plays a significant role in organizational development and management,and its implications are of great significance.DZ Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a manufacturing state-owned enterprise.It is mainly responsible for foreign contracting and organizing large-scale complete project turnkey projects.The company is mainly engaged in the mechanical,electrical and hydraulic integrated design and manufacturing of industrial submerged arc furnace products.jobs.Therefore,the company participates in more general contracting projects,and the communication management of the projects has become more complicated and more challenging.This study takes DZ company as an example,based on the basic theories and concepts of project management,communication,project communication management,and general contracting projects.On the basis of a comprehensive introduction to the company’s general contracting project communication management related background,the overall and project development Starting from each stage,the company analyzes the current status of communication management of the company’s general contracting projects,and uses questionnaire surveys and on-site inspections to fully understand the company’s current status of project communication management and existing basic problems,focusing on the factors that affect project communication management.Analyzed the reasons,and put forward specific measures and suggestions for optimizing the communication management of the company’s general contracting projects,which effectively improved the objectivity and authenticity of the research,in order to help the company solve the project construction communication problems and optimize the company’s general contracting Project communication management.Through this study,we can find that the project team of DZ company is usually in the form of temporary organization,and the communication and coordination work and communication management in the project are mainly undertaken by the project manager,and there are still many problems in communication management.From the internal point of view,there are problems such as low evaluation of communication system,chaotic information transmission,untimely communication and improper communication.At the same time,the internal communication problems also lead to some problems of external communication.The causes of these problems are related to the awareness of communication management,the interest relationship of participants,and the ability of communication subjects.In view of these problems,the relevant person in charge of DZ company can optimize the communication management of EPC project from the aspects of the construction of corporate culture,the improvement of internal communication system,the professional ability and communication ability of communication subject.
