As we all know, the implementation of the project is a very important stage in thelife cycle of the project, the owners by way of tender, the implementation of a projectawarded to the successful contractor. Organization of all the construction work of theproject by the Contractor, including to the establishment of a construction projectorganization; deployment and use of human, financial; implementation of the projectin accordance with the construction drawings and contract specification. The project’seconomic goals can be achieved through the construction cost control. Under theconditions of market economy, the cost control of the project will not only exist in theentire project management, and has a pivotal role in the entire management ofconstruction enterprises, research project construction cost control is especiallyimportant. With the deepening of our infrastructure management system, theproduction of construction enterprises has undergone tremendous changes, and thusthe formation of project management as the core enterprise production andmanagement mode. The project cost management and control is the main content ofthe project management. The project cost control, is to determine the marketcompetitiveness of enterprises in the key construction project cost control has becomea construction enterprise management reform and improve the indispensable content.Therefore, the practical significance of the research project cost control is veryimportant to improve the investment system, strengthen the market competitiveness ofconstruction enterprises.This article first analyzes the status of the relationship with separation of thecurrent construction project management cost and schedule control; then elaboratedon the basis of the research "earned value method" theory, the basic steps of theearned value method applications, the basic data, the maincalculation method: Finally,the introduction of advanced theory of earned value method to the synchronizationproject schedule and cost control in the process of implementation of the methodgiven by B projects. Proved from the practice: the synchronization control method ofthe schedule and cost of the project-the earned value method "is a scientific andreasonable cost control methods, and apply it to the amount of money instead ofquantities measuring the progress of the project, focused on cost and schedulesynchronization control is a scientific and rational project management ideas, themethod in the total cost of75million yuan, the successful application of the project Ba year and a half of the project, to achieve the progress of the project contract, quality,cost control target three. The findings of this project provide a feasible and reliablemethod for the effective application of the earned value method in the synchronouscontrol of the project schedule and cost.
