Human resource management audit is the most cutting-edge issues of the audit theoryand audit practice, and also an integral part of the management audit. With the socialdevelopment and strengthening of management audit, human resource management audit hasbecome a relatively independent area of management, and attracted more and more attentionin scholars and practitioners. Human resources are the primary factor of productive forces;human resource management in the enterprise management is playing an increasing role in themanagement of human resources in order to overcome the current problems. What more, theresearch of human resource management audit is of great significance in improving theefficiency of human resources.First of all, this paper summarizes the theoretical studies of human resources audit, andthen learning from the previous basis of the theory, we put forward the company’s humanresources audit theoretical model. And launched on the basis of this model of A company’saudit work. This paper takes a domestic highway company (A transport company) as theobject of study, including analyzes the present situation about its corporate strategy andmanagement audit, and its necessity for human resources audit. Thirdly, this paper describesthe details of the company’s audit process, including employee engagement audit and humanresources management system audit. Throughout the entire process of corporate strategy,especially human resources strategy of the audit work.Human resource management audit is a comprehensive application of discipline, and itspractical implementation involves all levels of business management. Given my knowledgeand my ability, this study is only a framework and exploratory research and exploration, theuse of auditing skills are still not in-depth study, This study will make up the blankness ofactual Human Resources Audit practice so that the other company can benefit from it andfurther to Promote the use of it.
