Tourism is the world’s emerging sunrise industry, industry correlation degree ishigh, the comprehensive strength, wide range, has significant economic benefit andbroad social benefits. International tourism sustained growth and rapid development,become one of the fastest growing industry in global industry economy. All countriesin the world are paying more attention to the development of the tourism industry, asthe development in the future, actively develop new tourist destination, attractingdomestic and visitors from all over the world, and expand the country’s tourismmarket. In particular, many countries will tourism as its pillar industry, hope thatthrough the tourism economic development, and promote the development of relevantindustries. International tourism development steadily, and gradually expand themarket capacity, the number of tourist is increasing year by year. At the same time thetourism competition is more intense, tourism in China is facing great challenges,travel service competition, less profit space.Travel agencies increase to a great extent, promote the prosperity of tourismindustry, but in the growth development at the same time, but ignore the importanceof tourism talents. Due to the tourism talent shortage, low pay, tourism enterprises forhuman resource value degree is not enough, and so on reasons cause there is awidespread human resources quality is low at present our country travel agency,hampered the further development of the enterprise.This paper mainly studied the CTS the status quo of the development of humanresources in jiangxi, in view of the present travel agency enterprises generally lack ofspecific human resource management, lack of management effectiveness, the braindrain and the performance evaluation and enterprise culture construction, at the sametime, enterprises are faced with the recruitment and the shortcomings existing in theencourage mechanism, has carried on the thorough analysis and inquiry, at the sametime puts forward the improved method about personnel recruitment, humanresources management, in the aspect of perfecting the performance management andincentive mechanism analyze and find out a suitable strategy. Through analysis of the problems of tourism human resources management, improvement of jiangxi travelmanagement mechanism, promote the development of tourism human resources. Injiangxi province CTS as the breakthrough point, this paper studies on the healthydevelopment of Chinese tourism industry at present is of great significance, in orderto promote the development of China’s tourism industry to provide some new ideas.
