Internal audit of human resources management process is a branch ofmanagement audit. In foreign countries, human resources management has more than60years of development. In China, with people paying more attention on humanresources management, some research have been carried out by theoretical workers.But there is little practice in the enterprise. Therefore, the internal audit of humanresources management process in China is still a relatively new topic. In this paper, thestudy aims to help enterprises to carry out the audit of human resource managementprocess and improve the level of enterprise human resources management. Started withthe research on theory of internal audit of human resource management process, auditmethods and audit process, some advice on how to improve the internal audit ofhuman resources management process are discussed.At First, based on the summarization of research results on human resourcesmanagement internal audit and some cases of human resource management, startedwith the the enterprise audit development, the research on the operation frameworkand mode of internal audit human resources management process are carried out. It isthe premise and foundation for enterprise internal audit practice.Secondly, an analysis of audit process of human resources management strategy,policy have been carried out. The audit process on the duty, remuneration,recruitment, training and performance of management system also have been presented.How to run the internal audit on human resources condition has been analysed too. Itgives the ideas and experience of how to carried out the internal audit of humanresources management process.Thirdly, based on the analysis of running process for enterprise human resourcemanagement internal audit, the audit conclusion is brought out. It includesstrengthening the understanding of human resource management of internal audit,giving full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of internal auditors, strengthening the independence of the internal audit, strengthening the audit supervision to promothuman resources management internal audit function, establishing and perfecting theevaluation system of human resource management audit, strengthening the auditpersonnel professional quality training.This study provide actual combat experience on internal audit of human resourcesmanagement process for enterprise, and improve the spread of internal audit of humanresources management process. In addition, it is valuable for reference to humanresources management audit.
