Performance evaluation management is the important factor of human resources management。At present t evaluation of he performance for foreign banks is in perfect condition。In China, most of the commercial banks are still using the traditional performance evaluation, lack of objective criteria。 Standardized and quantitative evaluation system haven’t been established。Since China’s accession to the WTO, competition in the domestic financial market is becoming more international, with the perfect incentive、restraint mechanisms、 high wages、advanced training and other means, foreign banks began to attract the core talent of domestic commercial banks。In order to attract financial core and retain the financial core talent, establishing a scientific performance management system is becoming the important work of human resource management for the domestic commercial banks。The Performance assessment methods about marketing team of Xianyang Branch of CCB has made considerable achievements。there are still many problems in the assessment process。Urgently need to build the scientific performance assessment system based on value management。Firstly, on the basis of outline of performance theory, performance assessment of the foreign bank’s are being analyzed。Then, through the analysis of performance assessment status of Xianyang branch of CCB, the root causes of problems are been discussed。After that,through analysis of the marketing team, we develop a performance measurement system containing the work attitude, working ability and work performance assessment content。Then the key business indicators were refined。Finally, we established a performance assessment model, we developed a performance assessment process, and appraised safeguards and supporting measures. Of assessment results。Through the optimization of the performance assessment system, we hope to provide a useful methed for human resource management and performance appraisal.
