In recent years throughout America credit crisis and Europe debt crisis,an unquestioned fact come true that Europe-America countries' real economy was kidnapped by virtual economy,lost its motive force of development,and dropped into the morass of recession."Innovation is king,industrial salvation" becomes focus of world concern once again.China,as a major industry country,still has a long way to achieve a strong industry power in the world.By far our country's innovation power is not strong enough and was developing slowly in the industry update in the past 10 years.To achieve a world-class industry,complete innovation is key factor in developing our industry.How team learning,as an effective way to improve team innovation,affect team innovation?What's the impact factor to affect team innovation?How the junior staffs who composed major power of industry personnel lighten team innovation?These are all what industry managements'highly concern.In the current management practice,minor research focus on this.Here inforce this research value is focus on how to improve team innovation performance through junior team learning.In the background of traditional industry practice,this research try to analyze the mutual relationship between team learning and team innovation performance in the point of affect model between these two.Moreover this research also defines the concept of team learning,team innovation,and its research dimensions.Depend on the theory of organization learning,team innovation and incentive,this research deduces their interactive relationship and tries to prove the relationship through empirical study.In the empirical study hereby I select 285 effective samples from 5 different-type industry companies,and also organized an on-site experiment in a closed environment to prove this research assumption.The study shows a highly connective relationship between junior staff's team learning and their innovation performance,and the mediating effect of team incentive on the relationship between team learning and team innovation performance.As per the empirical study result,this research analyzes current industry management practice through correlation theories.Hereby the author expects to help improve our country's industry management with this research result.
