Along with reform and open policy in China, economic development pattern transformations day by day. brand marketing strategy implementation and modern business management theory can enhance the Commercial bank’s competitive power,, enlarges the market to hold the share, which more and more becomes the Chinese bankers’ mutual recognition. Commercial bank’s brand, the same as other enterprises, is in the long-term market marketing activity, by the business manager through the product development, the management, the sale. When Commercial bank’s brand is set up gradually. It will become one kind of intangible asset, will bring the rich repayment to the bank,Shenzhen Development Bank is the first bank which succeeds IPO in China. In the brand construction aspect, it has made the considerable progress, also gained in the rich successful experience. But overall, compares with its business capacity and the market competitiveness, Shenzhen Development Bank’s brand influence is not very good. Therefore, this article is in the Commercial bank market marketing theory’s foundation, analyze Shenzhen Development Bank’s marketing environment, present development situation and the problem in brand marketing. We give strategy plan suggestion to Shenzhen Development Bank’s brand marketing strategic plan.It will provides the rationale and the inspirational influence for Shenzhen Development Bank’s competitive advantage and the stable healthy development.
