since the 80’s,China’s local brand marketing consultancy market have developmented 30 years,but It still in the early,intermediate stage.According to statistics,the Chinese market really face the corporate strategy,management consulting turnover accounted for only about one thousandth of gross domestic product.While the average output value of the world’s consulting industry is 1%of GDP,developed countries reached 2%to 3%,the international management consulting giant Accenture’s global turnover of about 20 billion a year.Brand marketing as a model of management consulting and marketing,it is the development of their own enterprises and the needs of market competition.In the era of brand marketing,consumer satisfaction with the brand is an important part of enterprise development,how to obtain consumer support is the dominant position of enterprises,stable development of the protection.Therefore,the brand marketing strategy has become a hot topic of domestic scholars.Based on the theory of brand management and the theory of marketing strategy,this paper using qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of methods analyzes the basic situation of Shenzhen high brand marketing organization.Then,from the analysis of the external environment,such as macro environment,industrial environment and competitors,Resources and capabilities,value chain,business portfolio and other internal environmental analysis of the status of Shenzhen high brand marketing organization,and then based on the SWOT matrix for the development of Shenzhen high brand marketing agency to make a comprehensive analysis of marketing strategy(brand positioning,brand competition strategy)to lay a solid foundation for the design,and finally based on the brand marketing strategy to develop a strategic implementation steps and safeguards.The conclusion of this paper is that:Shenzhen high brand marketing organization is facing a favorable external and internal environment,because the economic transformation and upgrad-ing of the proposed national policy and support of the modern service industry and its keen market insight,superb strategic innovation and strong brand planning ability.The high brand marketing organization should be from the brand DNA,brand personality,brand image,brand slogan,brand endorsement five aspects of brand strategy positioning,select the focus of differentiated competitive strategy;Through the design of effective job responsibility book,innovative marketing business processes,the establishment of efficient assessment incentive mechanism to improve the high degree of institutional management system to protect a high degree of brand marketing agency marketing strategy for the smooth implementation.In short,in the context of economic integration,Shenzhen high brand marketing organization to make full use of favorable external internal environment,focus on the advantages of marketing strategy,expand the brand effect,increase market share,enhance corporate value.
