Entering the21st century, the country’s auto industry got rapid development and the family car has become one of transportation in China. All kinds of4S shops of automobile brands have been builded here, so competitive situation of homogeneity formed. How gets more cakes of market in the future? It appears to be urgent that how to forming the core competitiveness of4s Shop, and also become the bottleneck of growth performance of4S Shop now. Through the SWOT analysis of a4s Shop of medium and high-grad car, the strategy of providing professional service for automobile is formulated, and become the idea of staff of4s Shop of medium and high-grad car. Under the guidance of this strategy idea, we draft and formulate a salary system according to all job category and give some supporting measures to practise. This salary system founded on relative theories of salary and applicated the qualitative and quantitative methods approach to analyze the relative factors of salary system. This system can help the4s Shop to settle the problems of recruitment difficulty, high employee losing rate and poor employees enthusiasm. Above problems caused by high cost of living, shortage of human resource, the old idea of the modern salary notion and technology, lack of the scientific performance evaluation and quantitave mechanism, and etc.
