In recent years,small and medium-sized enterprises has achieved rapid development in the support of the country.This made higher requirement to the enterprise' s internal management.Compensation system is very important in the enterprise internal management system module.Its quality directly affect the enterprise' s human resources and then affect the overall development of the enterprise.The level of its importance is self-evident.But in the actual management,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise' s compensation system has many problems,such as the system not perfect,ignoring the laws and regulations requirements,and ignoring the salary incentive of employees.All these problems restrict the rapid development of the enterprise.This article selects the representative of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises-BG company.It find out the main problems existing in the compensation system through the questionnaire and depth interview method,analyzes the reasons and designed a new compensation for the BG company according to its actual situation.This compensation system is based on the company's position type,including compensation system of top management,normal function staff,R&D staff,sales staff,production line staff and site administrator.It covered a large range and useful to BG company.BG is a typical small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,so this system can not only suit to BG Company but also for other small and medium-sized manufacturing which is in fast growing step.
