In addition to lower manufacturing costs and expand sales, logistics cost is the third largest source of profits, is another way to reduce costs for electric power enterprises. This paper studies county-level electric power enterprises logistics cost control methods and strategies by the case of Fuyang Power Supply Bureau. County-level electric power enterprises to improve their self-manage capabilities and competitiveness of enterprises through the logistics cost control has important practical significance.Firstly, the basic concept of logistics and logistics costs, logistics costs composing and impact factors, logistics cost control methods and basic principles are introduced. The logistics management status of county-level electric power enterprises is analyzed, the existing problem and its causes are pointed out by the case of Fuyang Power Supply Bureau.An optimizing the process of the logistics management is advised, and the operating cost analysis method is applied to the analysis of the logistics costs of power projects.By uniform material encoding, re-combination of procurement methods, inventory economic quantities, quota management of inventory, building material distribution center, to control cost of three key aspects in logistics systems, which includes material procurement, material storage, materials requisitioned.In order to reduce operating costs and improve the economic efficiency of electric power enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises, logistics costs control methods and strategies have been studied in this paper, the research results have a certain reference value for other county-level electric power enterprises.
