Application Research On A Company's Management Accounting Report System

In order to get the customer order from the market competition and achieve the strategic target of company, the management of the manufacturing company A request to establish a management accounting reporting system for the enterprise operation. As the leader of management accounting department, the author plan to summed up the management accounting report’s contents, characteristics, and structure by investigating of management accounting development and related theory. Base on A company’s actual business situation and the actual management needs, to analyze the pros and cons of the management accounting reporting system implementation, integrate management accounting theory with real situation to setup Company A’s management accounting reporting system, and design whole implementation plan of management accounting reporting system to adopt Company A process.
