Enterprise financial statement analysis is the systematic evaluation and analysis of a company’s financial position and operating results the present and the past, it is based on financial statements and other information of the company. Its most basic function is sorting, analysis, processing and comparing all kinds of financial statement data, transforming it into useful information of decision to evaluate and explain operating results and financial condition of enterprises so that the accuracy of decision making will be improved.With more than a decade of organizational change and business development, the problems existing in the financial statements and financial analysis index system is growing, the existing can not fully adapt to the new environment in many aspects, such as effectively and timely meet flexible report system analysis of the internal management in all levels, external information disclosure, regulatory requirements and contributions to improve the quality and Timeliness of accounting information.The subject comes from the real case of my internship, is my internship has been involved in the optimization project of petrochemical statements, according to the present petrochemical company BO system applied by the proposed problems, for example:owing to the large and complex formula template changes caused by the reporting tool accessibility;Data processing link is more, the theme of the report data from multiple different data sources and cause of BW positioning error analysis it is not easy;Reports in different source lead to poor tail checked between tables Change controls did not form a closed loop, operations to meet the corresponding requirement limitation of many problems, such as, consider the need of application report system continued to deepen, and combined with the finance department in the future based on index management data, we put forward the system optimization to improve.This paper respectively from the demand analysis, the system main structure and function as well as the implementation of the content and so on several aspects in detail in this paper. I work in the first place in the early stage of the project’sparticipation in the index to the construction of the library, combs the financial index fell into the system and configured after corresponding dimensions and models, each index calculation logic fall into to the system, and set up good indicators of the rolls of data through the calculation of the original system with petrochemical company in the financial index data, check its correctness;In the middle of the project will be disclosed and the internal management need to involve the report format uploaded to the system, and each of the statements of cell mapping according to need or formula definition;In the later stages of the project is mainly for the pilot unit reporting data with the original BO system than content.The project is divided into three phases, so far is still in the stage of the late stage, basically has realized the financial data of the index, a reasonable architecture is the set of statements, management reporting and statutory reporting separation, realize the optimization of the system.Early the solid foundation for later laid the solid foundation for system upgrade.
