The Design And Implementation Of Key Technology Of MES In Cable Enterprise

With the development of economic globalization and international liberalization of trade,the development of manufacturing enterprises in various countries has appeared a lot of weak points.So governments have begun toactively guide the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,to create intelligent production enterprise and enhance the international competitiveness.The rapid development oftechnologies such asindustry IOT,industrial robot,3D printing,virtual reality,will effectively promote the implementation of intelligent plant.Manufacturing execution system(MES) as the execution and monitoring system of manufacturing process,becomes a hot spot of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.The development characteristics of the cable industry and the production of a cable company has been discussed in detail, the MES related theory and standards, and demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the implementation of MES in a cable company is studied.Based on the actual production situation and demand of the cable company,it analyzed the business logic of cable production workshop, andput forward the MES system solution according to the relevant theory and technology of MES,which mainly include plant and product modeling, order scheduling,work order confirmation,equipment management,monitoring of orders, product portfolio tracking.The thesisillustrates the designprinciple of the key module of MES for cable enterprise in two aspects of functional andtechnical,and gives integration, configuration of cable MES architecture. According to the production characteristics of cable workshop, the workshop scheduling scheme based on genetic algorithm is proposed, and the operation process of the scheduling algorithm is optimized and improved. Finally, the function and technology of MES module are verified repeatedly, and the function modules are implemented.After the MES system is applicated in the cable company,it has effectively solved the problems in the production process, greatly improved the management condition of the production workshop, and achieved good economic benefits.
