Information system performance audit and evaluation through the implementationof the performance audit of information systems evaluation, investigate whether to buildinformation systems can bring economic value added to enterprise, and whether it isconducive to the implementation of corporate strategic objectives. With theimplementation of the strategy of information technology，the enterprise informatizationinvestment increase ceaselessly, in order to effectively avoid the "IT productivityparadox" phenomenon appears once again. It is necessary to evaluate the performanceof enterprise information system, deeply understand the role that information systemtake in enterprise development，so as to reduce the unnecessary loss of blind investment.Firstly, the significance of information system performance evaluation waselaborated in the paper, and then, analyzed the specific legal environment, technologyenvironment, social and economic environment of information system in our country.The system level, division level and company level, multiple layers of BalancedScorecard Card performance evaluation index system were set up on such basis.Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used for the weight set on the index system,finally, Jingwei Textile Machinery Company’s CIMS system was took as an example.The CIMS system each individual score and general score have been calculated. TheCIMS system scores were analyzed and evaluated respectively, the relevant guides andopinion was remarked In order to perfect the system of our country information byperformance auditing evaluation.
