A prominent feature of the modern era is--thinking knowledge and innovation as the competitive capital,and talent is the good carrier of knowledge and innovation thinking.Corresponding the modern enterprise management philosophy,human resources management is of great significance to build the core competitiveness and enterprise's sustainable development,and the core of human resource management is performance,which is effective through the evaluation process mainly.The actual situation in the modern enterprise management process is often faced with a distinct difference,so the availability of appropriate and effective performance evaluation system is an important factor in strengthening corporate governance to realize the corporate vision.The paper will base on the actual situation of CCB Panjin Branch,using the theory of modern enterprise management and frontier performance evaluation,to probe the present situation of performance evaluation,find problems to be solved,and introduce several mainstream evaluation method,fully analyze the employees' characteristics of each level and line,which is based on to classify the general structure of the bank's staff into three categories--management posts,technical posts and frontline staffs,addly classify into three categories--outlet,business office sector and non-business office sector with business features,and improve the performance evaluation segmentive system adaptively,in which respectively define evaluation index,weight and evaluation standard,and then integrates them into comprehensive performance evaluation system of whole-bank level,so as to solve the problems by points and the total land,optimize the system.To examine the optimized evaluation system's feasibility and practical application effect,on the basis of existing data's being fully collected,the paper also will do a rigorous performance evaluation test about CCB Panjin Branch with the new performance evaluation system,and then comparatively analyze the results,finally get the conclusion about the experience of system's being built and optimal effect,point out the aspects need to be improved and the problems to be further discussed.The paper's discussion is essentially a other probe about the connection of performance evaluation theory and a industry-specific enterprise's actual operation,hoping to get a breakthrough on the tactics of refining the related theory to guide practice,providing a reference for the banking industry's and other industries' similar enterprises.
